Our Portfolio

Following a strategic $300M pre-GFC portfolio sell down from 2006 to 2008, the Group had been content to stay out of the market until re-entering in earnest in 2009 with a focus on Sydney and Melbourne office markets in line with our research and countercyclical strategies.

PBA (via PCAL) has since acquired properties in these markets and is actively seeking additional investment properties which meet our investment criteria. We will continue to research and refine our strategy as markets mature and embrace new opportunities and directions as they emerge.
