Sandy was a founding Director of (CB) Richard Ellis (WA) in 1982 and played a key role in the growth and success of the business until he sold his shareholding in 1991 to establish PBA. Sandy is responsible for guiding the strategy and delivery of new acquisitions for PBA having bought and sold a portfolio of commercial property valued in excess of $750m over the last twenty years. He also leads PBA’s capital raising.
In 2007 he successfully completed the development of the prestigious, five-star Smith’s Beach Resort in Yallingup, adjacent to the Margaret River wine growing region in the south-west of WA.
Gus has more than 12 years property experience with a background in commercial property management, office leasing, acquisitions and commercial development including experience in the Sydney office market working with CB Richard Ellis as well as experience in large scale commercial developments in Perth with Mirvac.
Gus holds a combined degree with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Corporate Finance) and Arts (Asian Studies & Indonesian) from the University of Western Australia. He is a licensed real estate agent and holds a current triennial certificate.
Gus is Managing Director of PBA and looks after the group’s acquisitions strategy and execution. In addition he is involved in the asset management of various properties and the group’s capital raising.
Chris brings over thirty five years experience to the PBA team having been involved in the design, construction, leasing and management of many new and existing commercial, industrial and retail properties throughout Australasia.
In 1975, Chris joined Armstrong Jones and as Director of Armstrong Jones Management Limited was responsible for the asset management of AUD$1.2 billion portfolio of properties throughout Australia and New Zealand. Sixteen years later, in 1992 Chris joined Sandy as a partner and director of Property Bank Australia and has been responsible for the asset management of the highly successful property portfolio. In addition Chris is an important contributor to the capital raising requirements of the group.
Lisa Miles is an Australian Certified Practising Accountants Member and is Financial Controller on behalf of the Group. She joined PBA in 2011 and has extensive career experience as Financial Controller of Sime Darby Australia Ltd and has worked with BDO Corporate Finance and as an Accountant at Hartley Poynton Ltd.
Tracey is a highly skilled Office Administrator, having worked in several Executive Assistant positions prior to joining PBA. Tracey is also responsible for investor communications and liaison.
