The investment model implemented by PBA is clear and simple. Investors will become participants in a Unit Trust structure which purchases an individual property on behalf of the investors. A company controlled by PBA will sit aside this entity and act as Trustee for the Trust. No property structures are linked to any other properties.
PBA Corporation Pty Ltd (an entity controlled by PBA) holds our Australian Financial Service Licence (AFS Licence 434071).
PBA Corporation (as Licensee) manages the Trust on behalf of investors. Syndicates do not generally run for a specific term, rather they are open ended, with the intention of selling at the optimum time in relevant market cycles. Historically the average investment term has been 5 – 6 years.
Income distributions are generally remitted quarterly.
